- Re-capture all admin portal screenshots at 1440px wide (no horizontal
  clipping); add new profiles, proficiency, and providers captures
- Rewrite Profiles doc section to describe the two-pane list+detail layout
  (built-in read-only, Duplicate/inline-edit/delete with default-profile guard)
- Document metrics/health coverage semantics: access-gated rows excluded from
  routable_models, selection sub-key, and warnings for models that can never
  enter the candidate set (structural-gate failures)
