Fix logo-golfer spacing: source order bug, tighten landscape, widen mobile

Browse Source 
Base .golfer-container rule was after the mobile @media override,
clobbering it. Moved base rule before the media query. Landscape
gets -2px (snug), mobile gets 12px.
