Five sequential tasks, one commit each, all mechanical:
  1. git mv the three doc files
  2. add scope headers + Next: footers to the eight tour docs
     (also trim README architecture stub)
  3. fix incoming links to old paths
  4. update CLAUDE.md table + add 3 discipline rules
  5. verification gate
