- Replace inline navbar SVG in admin/frontend/index.html and admin/frontend/decisions.html with a hand-copy of the new assets/6krrt-logo.svg artwork, using native SVG strokes for the white keyline instead of duplicate white shapes underneath. Preserves the 64px sizing contract (CSS rule + SVG width/height attrs + inline style) and leaves the separate speedlines SVG untouched. - Fix the visible '—' bug in decisions.html: model fallback now uses a real Unicode em dash as the other fallbacks do. - Update plans/admin-design-standards.md '### Logo' section for the current single-file, stroke-based reality. - Remove the now-unused assets/6krrt-logo-outlined.svg; keep the redrawn assets/6krrt-logo.svg.
