style(ext/popup): replace settings nav emoji with shared glyphs

▦ trash and ⌬ devices in the popup settings panel now match the
fullscreen sidebar's glyph language. Lowercased labels match the brand.

Plan 2026-04-30 fullscreen UX phase 1 task 6.
