adlee-was-taken 308ef2c974 feat(ext): add GLYPH_NEXT and replace ASCII arrows with ▸ 
Replaces the ASCII rightwards arrow → with U+25B8 ▸ in settings-vault
buttons. Matches the existing ▾/▸ disclosure-glyph family.
