Adds .claude/workflows/release.js — a single Workflow script covering the full Relicario release lifecycle: - develop (single: sequential agent pipeline; multi: PM/Dev kickoff generation) - debug: iterative fix loop up to 5 passes - verify: full cargo test/build/clippy sweep - release: CHANGELOG + tag, stops before push Adds docs/superpowers/RELEASE-WORKFLOW.md with invocation examples and phone-vs-PC patterns.
