Modern Raspberry Pi OS uses NetworkManager instead of wpa_supplicant.
WiFi connections are stored in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/.

- Add removal of NetworkManager WiFi connections
- Update validation to check both locations
- Fixes WiFi credentials being baked into distributable images
